Hi, I'm Adilet (people sometimes call me Adi).

I'm a founding AI engineer at a stealth startup, building agents for recruitment and onboarding. My path has taken me through cloud computing at Microsoft, machine learning at Volvo Cars, and risk intelligence at Capchase - always focused on helping people and organizations make smarter decisions.

I used to teach data science to professionals, but now focus more on building AI applications myself. I am still mentoring graduate students at IE School of Science and Technology and one of the reasons I started this blog was to share my knowledge and ideas in more scalable way.

This blog evolved to a place where I explore ideas around learning, personal growth, and building with AI (when inspiration strikes).

Apart from my professional life, I was born and raised in historically nomadic culture 🇰🇿 and I feel privileged to be (kind of) digital nomad nowadays. I am currently based in Elche 🇪🇸, where I live with my family of 4. Before settling in Southern Europe I have been lucky to visit 24 countries and learn to communicate with people in 4 languages (🇺🇸 🇫🇷 🇪🇸 🇷🇺).
